How many credits does a question use?

How many credits does a quick question use?+
50-150 credits. Examples: “how many companies registered collagen in 2025?”, “price €29.90, cost €8.90 - what is my margin?”, “can I use this claim on the label?”. The free 1,000 credits cover roughly 10 such questions; Pro 20,000 covers roughly 200 per month.
How many credits does a full analysis use?+
300-900 credits. Examples: market-entry assessment with demand across three countries, cross-market gap, EU regulatory status, or comparison of three manufacturer quotes. Pro 40,000 covers roughly 60 analyses per month.
How many credits does a full project use?+
1,500-3,000 credits. Example: from a market-gap question through product concept and brief to partner RFQs and a PDF report. Studio covers roughly 80 such projects per month.
Which Pro credit pool is right for me?+
20,000 - one brand and a few analyses per week. 40,000 - a brand with a SKU portfolio, alerts and regular new-product concepts. 80,000 - several brands, intensive partner RFQs or entry into a new category. You can change the pool anytime in Settings.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
The agent continues in quick mode and shows what a full answer would unlock. You can buy more credits in Settings - Studio gets the lowest rate. Unused Pro and Studio credits roll over to the next month.
Can I change plans during the month?+
Yes. When upgrading, the difference is prorated and the new credits are available immediately. With annual billing, downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
Does the Free plan expire?+
No. Your 1,000 credits stay on the account until you use them. Projects and tracked ingredients remain available.
